Great customer service, product didn't work for me

The customer service was great - quick delivery and everything had a really nice personal touch! Including free standard nail wraps was a bonus. Unfortunately the product itself just didn't work for me. All my gel wraps had pinged off within a day of applying them, which is why I'm giving 3 stars.
