Whilst we are based in the UK, we offer worldwide shipping at very low rates.
Shipping costs are as follows:
UK - Royal Mail First Class (untracked) £1.49, or free on orders of £10 or more
International Standard (untracked)
£2.99, or free on orders of £20 or more
Royal Mail Tracked 24 (UK) £3.95

Please note that we are not responsible for any import taxes applicable in your country. Please ensure prior to ordering that these goods are allowed in your country.
Where possible our packages are sent out first class/International standard with Royal Mail, who quote the following estimated delivery times:
UK - next working day
Europe - 3-5 working days
International - 6-7 working days
We aim to despatch your item within 2 working days of placing an order, however it may take longer during busy periods, such as the Christmas season. If you have an urgent or time critical order, please contact us at hello@ohmygoshnails.com
Please be aware that these timescales are guidelines only. They are not guaranteed and are outside of our control once delivered to Royal Mail.
Item not received?
We request that you allow up to 14 days for any post in the UK, 4 weeks for European post and 6 weeks for other international post before contacting us for further action.
Returns
We are confident that you will love your new purchases, however if you have any issues please do not hesitate to contact us at hello@ohmygoshnails.com
We have a 28 day return policy, which means you have 28 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to quote the order number (usually 5 digits) as sent out in your original invoice.

Returns are sent at the cost of the sender, unless the product is faulty.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order number from your invoice.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
